On February 29th, Denmark's largest event for professional beauty industry took place under the name Beauty20. Like every year, I was present to the event (you can read my impressions on the event from the previous years here and here), but this year I will not do an article, because I feel I said everything there is to say in the past articles.
Today I would like to talk to you about the Rosalique 3 in 1 Anti-Redness Miracle Formula Cream that I received at the Beauty20 event.
Until now, I did not know anything about this miracle cream, and no wonder, the company is brand new, just launched in 2018 in England.
The little information I found on the company is that Rosalique is inspired by the formulation philosophies of Doctor M. Schiele, a german bio-medical research scientist, and it incorporates Swiss and French dermo-cosmetic engineering.
Rosalique 3 in 1 Anti-redness Miracle Formula is ideal for delicate and sensitive skin with a tendency for redness, like people suffering from: rosacea, couperose, redness, blemishes and spots, inflamed and flushed skin.
It claims to gently treat any sign of redness and inflammation over a period of 4-8 weeks due to its 5 active ingredients: zeolite, urea, Shea butter, a-Bisabolol and panthenol (pro vitamin B5).
The product builds skin resilience and helps the delicate skin on the right course, it conceals and camouflages any redness on uneven skin tones using micro-encapsulated technology.
The unique bio-scientific formula is designed to be the fastest, safest and most effective solution for facial redness.
The creams green color, is due to the green colored micro-balls that contain skin colored pigment, and transforms in to your skin tone when applied and massaged.
The green hue of the outer layer of the capsules help neutralize skin redness while the skin colored pigment aids concealing and create a more uniform complexion
The cream has a thick formula, that is not really to my taste, but it does apply really well and sinks in the skin straight away. You only need a small amount to cover the entire face and neck, that means the 30 ml of product that you get for around 250 Dkk, should last you a good length of time.
Protects the skin from UVA + UVB rays with a SPF 50 and can be wore as a foundation or concealer. As a plus, it is a good makeup base.
What I do not like is the fact that it stains my fingers when I apply it, and that it gives me a yellow-green tint make it necessary to wear foundation on top. The coverage is good, the color correcting power is impressive with a good wear time (after 6 hours there was not a red spot in sight).
Minuses aside, I think it is a good product that can relate to a broad spectrum of people that are struggling with face redness.
