I am always on the hunt for a good foundation, be it high end or drug store. While browsing the makeup stands on Black Friday, the Isa Dora Active All Day Wear Makeup Foundation caught my eye. The in store swatch seemed really promising and the all-day wear claim intriguing.
For the past weeks I have been testing it out and I have to say I really like it, it fits perfectly my needs at this moment.
Isa Dora Active All Day Wear Makeup Foundation is long lasting foundation (24 hrs), sweat proof, humidity and waterproof, oil free, moisturizing suitable for all skin types and perfect for an active lifestyle.
Contains glycerin for moisturizing, vitamin E an anti-oxidant and Actigym™ (plankton, marine extract) to help with skin conditioning, firming & lifting. You get 35 ml of product in an airless pump tube for 160 kr, and can choose from any of the 6 shades available.
It is transfer proof, at least when it comes to my scarf and phone screen, not tested yet for 24 hours, but stay put for at least 12 hours.
Oil free and water resistant, hold up nicely to a light drizzle, but I do not know how well will it perform in heavy rain.
It has a medium coverage, but it is buildable if you need a bit of extra coverage in certain areas, has a soft, elastic texture, best applied with a damp beauty blender then a foundation brush.
Gives a velvety finish with a second skin feel and a soft focus effect, blurs imperfections on the skin. Color safe - stable color pigment that does not change over time.
