I love myself a good highlighter, and this one from Illamasqua is just Heaven in a box, even the shade name is divine, "Deity" is a golden green shimmer that glides on effortlessly to give you a subtle luminosity to skin.
Created as part of the May Queen collection to celebrate the folklore rituals of May Day, Beyond Powder Deity is a baked highlighting powder with a unique golden-green hue, that leaves a subtle warmth and healthy glow to your skin.
Although when you first swipe it, it looks like it would be really frosty, once applied it gives a natural looking highlight. But it is buildable.
Apply onto the high points of the face using a fan brush, cheekbones, brow bones to add instant shimmer and shine. Brush onto the collarbone and shoulders to give an elegant golden glow to the skin.
Can be applied wet or dry for differing intensity, or to create a high shine metallic eye shadow with an ultra long lasting finish.
The options are limitless.
Comes packaged in a slick mirrored compact convenient for on-the-go touch-ups, but it is on the pricey side (297 kr for 7 g of product), but if you are like me, you do not NEED to have it, but you will HAVE to have it. Just take a look at the clips below to how mesmerizing this highlighter is.
